Restaurant Eau at the Grand Hyatt São Paulo is offering a special menu on March 9 and 10, 2005 to commemorate World Coffee Day. A new menu has been designed by chef Paschal Valero, with help from Caf & Bistr Santo Grão. Food is distinctly French with a coffee influence.

The set menu starts with Foie gras saut served with fruit marinated in coffee and tangerine. There is a choice of two main dishes; roasted duck brest with coffee farofa and grilled palmito and braised lamb with mashed car and coffee. All three deserts are also influence by coffee; the famous Tiramissu served with an expresso, mousse zuccoto” served with granit of rum and coffee and a Petit gateau with chocolate and coffee.

Diners will have the opportunity to try the coffee that won the “Brazil Cup of Excellence 2004”, promoted by the Associaão Brasileira de Cafs Especiais. Produced in São Sebastião da Grama, in the Mogiana region of São Paulo, the champion coffee was judged by a team of Brazilian and International experts.
