    Hi, FX brokers are only allowed to receive money from overseas but not send it out of the country now.
    Any other way?

    What’s all the fuss? R$300 is just petty cash and worth just a little over 50 pounds. So pop the cash into an envelope and post it.

    These guys say you go to the bank manager, ask him to call the fx desk. For real estate purchases you get current fx rate plus .38 IOF. Amazing if true. Central Bank counts transaction as real estate purchase abroad.
