Unfortunately, although I know that I am wasting my time reading the various responses to the troll there's something irresistible about it.
And presumably she´s fluent in English too

In the final chapter the transient medical problem is resolved - doggy fashion.

Of course there could be an alternate ending albeit dramatic like say, ending up a floating corpse wrapped in barbed wire when the father of the child gets out of prison and discovers the love fest. Or the transient problem turns out to be leprosy when everything falls off and the poetry is not enough to sustain the passion.

oh no...Esprit you may be harsh.  But that's hilarious Clap

Though exactly which women are gonna love that novel?!  not this one that's for sure

Let me guess, let me guess. The argument came to an abrupt end when Ms. Lovely received a whack on the ear for her trouble, sending a pendulous earring flying. Then the mop handle sent everything crashing to the floor. “Allow me to help you.” He said gallantly, and when she looked up their eyes met...

...hers of violet black; his of piercing grey.  She immediately sees the twisted torment brought on by long, unfulfilled nights; he sees her trapped but courageous soul.

They both reach for the mop, hands meet, whispering touch..

He stood to his full athletic height, tall, muscular, naked and with his manhood in a petri dish. "Ooh! Goodness gracious! Please excuse me buana. I’m sorry to disturb you…I’m just finished. Thank you sir."

She scurried about picking up her lotions and potions, displaying her petit rump and the wrinkled stockings above her multicoloured training shoes. When at last she had gathered her things he grabbed her bucket and said, “Let me take you away from all of this.”

Why, of why are you so negative? If you have a problem with my story or think it's spam or trolling or whatever, then just get the f* out of this thread instead of running it to the ground with your throwing verbal acid!

You don't believe that one can talk in Portuguese over MSN? What are you talking about English? What the heck makes you think I can't deal with Portugese? How much must you have been lied to in your lives that you can't just take facts that you are being told for facts and adjust your sorry preconceived notions to the facts given to you when you have zero better knowledge about my story?

If you have so much wisdom that you can be sneering around here, why don't you share your stories?

I have never said that I am sure she is a girl from the depth of the favelas. I just know she was a bit ashamed about where she lives and finally gave me her address. I checked it out on Google Earth and it's pretty small houses there, she also told me they don't have many rooms. But yes they have a computer where they live and I know this because I am chatting with her on MSN while at the same time calling her on her fixed line home phone and talking to the whole family in the process. No, not in English, because in Brazil people happen to speak Portuguese and I'm not an idiot.

Where did I meet her? I will tell you despite knowing that you will use everything to fuel your poisonous sneering negativity here, just in the hope that there are a few decent people in this forum: I met her in a club (no not Help and not Balcony just to save you some more of that stupid sneering). She and her mom were there by accident and I was there by accident. She just came back from abroad with a load of problems trying to forget them for one night.

There is a slight ring of truth to this.  14 year old single mom favela girl goes to a club with her 28 year old single mom favela mom.  You need to juice up the story by getting the favela mom more involved.  Everyone is there by accident.

Hopefully you asked her what she was doing abroad, right?

Did you ask about the son's father?

I'm pretty sure you're older than me, but I feel like I'm talking to my little brother. Maybe you're just not experienced in love.

haha.
I wonder which Mills & Boon genre this could fit in?  Or, perhaps they could start a new one..Favela Fantasy?

(for the record, I know nothing about their genres - haven't read a mills & boon since I was 8!  But I read some opinion article recently which listed their genres and quoted the mills & boons' own descriptions of them...very funny)

Squiddie, I'm just not sure what kind of evidence you'd hope to find here that would make any difference to you.

I agree with you that the truth cannot be eroded by the truth.
But how would hearing examples of either successful or failed relationships truly help at all?  You already know that both exist!!

the little bit of time you've spent with her is so very little Squiddie.  I know sometimes with msn etc, one can still be really close.  I've had that too.  But there's just no way on earth it's sufficient to base a whole life change on. not even mildly close.

Also, while there are of course other guys here with happy relationships with Brasilian women, unless they also
(1) met the poorer Brasilian girl as a stranger in a club
(2) knew the girl only briefly and
(3) knew the girl mostly on the internet...

their examples are completely meaningless anyway.

You're just not going to find any reassurance here.

I really do think you're on very shaky ground for making any significant life changes based on this.
