Well it happens every 4 years and each time we happen to be dissapointed by the camisa canario ( lately)
This time I hope they pull through and my pick of course is Brazil being that I live here.
But.....!! in the event that Brazil does disapoint agian I hope that the Orange Wave takes it all= being my adopted country The Netherlands

Any others that have their favs???

The ones that I want to see fail are the Argies only for the sheer fact of that dwarf named Maradona.
The guy is a drug trafficking bum and he would love nothing better then hog the world spotlight.

Hmm. I do hope they willl be better as the last world cup. I sort of expected more of them in 2006 and they didn't meet my expectations.

i was just posting somewhere else... i usually cheer for the underdogs (NZ! SA!) and then end up crying in my beer when the Canarios crap out in the finals. I always end up watching Brazil's downfall in bad environments too.... 98 I was in Tokyo in a French bar... the only place that was showing it (bad, that).... last cup in a house full of Portuguese folks who were very happy to see Brazil lose....

In the papers here a story about Dunga prohibiting sex for the players yet Maradona endorses sex for Argentina's team. Note: Argentina won today. Wink

Haha. Note: Argentina is the only team to have won in the 4 games played so far! Brazil is going to bring home the Cup this year though, c'mon you all know this!

I hope Argentina wins, and I am a Brasilian.

I don't like the team of Brasil this year......so I hope is Argentina, just to piss off the Brits. LOL
