Topic: Are PS3 Games Universal?

Does anyone know if PS3 games are universal? I'd like to bring some over from the UK for a Brasilian friend but am concerned that they may not work on his console.

All PS3 games are without region locking so your mate will be fine, however certain games need HD TV to work. I myself am in London right now buying myself a stack of games to bring back. I will flog some too for extra cash. Tongue

But I won't suggest buying games in Brazil, it's very expensive! Stack up on A LOT games in another country and sell them again after you've finished them.

Expect every new games to cost this much. And I would not trust any used games either.
