I also live in Niteroi but travel to Rio, Gavea for classes at PUC as I couldn't find any good courses here. UFF sometimes runs courses when they have enough interested so may be worth to keep in touch with them. If you are interested in private classes I may be able to recommend you a teacher here in Icarai. He is a retired guy who used to teach for many years in Texas, but I am not sure how hard he wants to work now though. How many hours a week you looking at?
