Having problems getting through to Cdn consulate. How difficult is it for a Brazilian to get a short term(under 6mos) visa for visiting Canada? If anybody has info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

As far as I know, you have to prove that you have something to return to in your country such as : job, home, car, etc... in order to get a temporary visa. Having a passport that shows that you have travelled around helps too. I hear it's pretty easy. Definitely much, much easier than getting a US visa.
