A friend is living in Brazil and has said that she cant find prenatal vitamins in Manaus and has asked me to send some. Is it legal for me to send her over the counter vitamins? i want to help her but I know various countries has various laws, so I just want to make sure I am not doing anything wrong!

Not sure if it's illegal
- but she could easily order supplements online from a Brazilian quemist ! There a few excellent antenatal vitamins. Materna being number 1 |
