![]() Topic: How long can one stay out of BrazilPosted: 06 August 2012 at 14:51 |

Hi! I am in the process of getting a permanent visa based on a stable union. If I do get it and I register with the federal police, how long can I stay outside of Brazil without invalidating the visa? (I have a job offer that might require me to be out of Brazil for 2 or 3 years). Is it 2 years? I have also heard 3 years?
Also does anyone have any recent experience with registering with the federal police? Do you still need to make an appointment? Does it only take one visit? Thanks! |
