Good point. Pay each equally and now that I do the math the amount I am currently sending to my daughter is actually less than what I send for my son by US $31. So it seems I have been pretty much doing just that and never thought of it. Thanks for pointing that out.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying no healt care plan pays for meds. But if you go to public hospitals then they provide the meds if they have them.

DIX 100 for a 2 year old is R$ 99 and change:
