There is a separate studio available where I live, in Alto da Boa Vista, Santo Amaro in São Paulo.

The place is at the back of a house, and is the ground floor of a two storey building. I live in the apartment above.

The apartment itself has a room, large enough for bed and sofa etc, built in wardrobe, hard floor throughout, and separate kitchen and separate bathroom. There is a communal washing machine. Internet is included, along with some cable channels.

The landlady lives in the main house, she is Brazilian but speaks English and is really nice. There are two dogs here as well.

The house is located in Rua Comendador Elias Zarzur, with Av Santo Amaro and Av Vereador José Diniz a couple of minutes away, with buses going just about everywhere. For parking a car, there is loads of space on the road.

The rent is R$900 a month all included, plus R$75 for parking a car inside.
