I used the paper form that the PF gave me. There is also a copy available to download and print. I have no idea how to complete the on-line version (if one exists).

i managed to print of the formulario for  what i needed for the PF , filled put on line and printed of. And i also printed off the inscricao consular form to fill out to take with  me,, cos knowing this consulte if i get there and ask for a form , they will tellme to get it of the internet, but they should have them there!! i am calling them all the tie for info and keep geting transfered and then cut off, using all my bloody phone credit!!! does my head in. I am going there tomorrow morning to take it, does it normally take one day to process? as i am coming back to Rio on monday, I wanted to go there today but jus trealised they only open to 12.30 to the public, sh*t thye dont do much work there hey?? So now its tomorrow. I would love it if they cuold do for me on the day as i live in Itaipu, niteroi, its atleast 1 and half hours or more away!!! well i will see tom anyway!  Next week i will go to the federal police to hand all these documents in, my deadline date is 27th july so i have made it in time, had to wait long time fo rmy new passport from UK. so thank god im hoping this is the las t lot of doc.s i  have to get!!! thanks for ya help

they are open for business till 5pm, to the public is 12.30 i just called them. And yes i know what u mean too, my head hurts aswell writing it, im stressed out!!! anyway its sorted, going there tom. !!!!!

I always go there in the afternoon, it is always open, I'm not business ... I think you misunderstood.
