July is the month with the worst climate in the NE. Right now we are only getting 2 or 3 days of sun a week and lots of rain and dark cloud. If you left it to mid august or early september you would be assured a lot better weather. A lot of the nightclubs/businesses here are only open at weekends now until august due to how dead it is. hope this helps.
