Does anyone know the answer to this:
I'm a danish citizen. Lived the last five years in Spain. About to apply for my permanent visa based on reuniao familar. Where does my antecedentes penais need to come from, Denmark or Spain? I seem to remember having read somewhere that it needs to come from where you have resided the last 12 months... has any of you run into this issue? I've emailed the Brazilian consulate in Madrid but they (famously) don't provide clear answers to anything.

get them both (just to be on the safe side) the spanish one is probably more important, since that is where you' ll be applying.
