![]() Topic: Looking for apartment in Sao PauloPosted: 17 June 2012 at 15:15 |

Hey everyone,
I am looking for a studio/1 bedroom for rent in Sao Paulo. Ideally, it would be furnished, but for the right price it could be unfurnished. I've got a budget up to R$1500 which is including the condo fees. It would be great if the apartment already had the utilities set up, so I wouldn't need to call to get it in place, but again, for the right price, I'm flexible! Areas I'm interested in: Republica (nice sections, like around Mackenzie and Copan), Santa Cecilia, Higienopolis, Consolacao, Bela Vista, Itaim Bibi, Vila Olimpia, Ibirapuera Park, Moema. Thank you for your help! Alex |

With this price range, you can forget Itaim, Vila Olimpia, Ibirapuera and Moema...

I rent my apartment- COMPLETELY FURNISHED FROM BED SHEETS TO KITCHEN,APPLIANCES, I mean EVERYTHING!
it is in Perdizes, perfect for a couple. 2 story 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom and gorgeous view (even though it's Sao Paulo). The building has security 24/7 and the area is very safe. I rent to foreigners who usually do not have all the requirement to rent. I usually do a minimum of 3 months but contact me and I'll see what I can do for you. R$ 2,950 includes EVERYTHING, ALL UTILITIES, CONDOMINIUM, WI-FI, CABLE Etc. I have it available on August 10th Edited by sandiego - 02 July 2012 at 19:27 |

I've been living in Sao Paulo for four years now. When I arrived, my budget for an apartment was R$3,000 ... even back then I had a tough time finding anything larger than a postage stamp that was near work (near Av. JK). Prices have more than doubled since then. Perhaps Brazil's slowing economy is a good thing, if it means real estate prices and rents stop sky-rocketing. Brazil just isn't built for high GDP growth.
