	Hello Tracy, I have fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment on a two floors. The apartment is located in Perdizes and it is brand new. Wi-Fi, TV, Cable, Gym, Pool, Jacuzzi and 24 hour security at the gate and inside the underground parking Please private message me if still interested. We are used to rent to professional foreigners so we do a very easy contract and are open to do short term. Thank you Claudia
