![]() Topic: Cigars and/or hookah anyone?Posted: 13 June 2012 at 20:16 |

Been here since February and Im absolutely dying to get my hands on a Cuban cigar. Amyone have a favorig retailer/online store? Going to be in Rio next month, willing to stock up. Also seriously missing hookah - is there even such thing as a hookah bar here?
No need to lecture on the health risks, I know...just wanting a fix! At this rate Im willing to buy a Peixe Urbano for Uruguay just for the socially acceptable smoking... |

In Rio, you can find hookahs on every street corner. The price depends a lot on which street corner.

You can sit out side this place have have a hookahs whilst watching the hookers walk bye, the food also is rather good! and very well priced for Rio.
http://www.amirrestaurante.com.br/scripts/index.asp The hookahs are a little pricey though, R25's. As for your Cubans, I'm sure there are many a specialist smoking shops none of which come to mind. However every once and a while I go down Esch Cafe for a nice monte cristo and Havana club 3 anos, they leave the bottle on the table and you can sit, chat, watch some sport or some nights they have live Jazz or other types of music. http://www.esch.com.br/index2.htm I'm sure you'll enjoy them both. Thanks for the links. I wondered where I could find some good online shops for cuban cigars and I just found this link but this doesn't help me further. I will definitely chekc out the shops you've posted and order something for me! If you have some more suggestions, this would be really appreciated.
