Do I need to have investment visa in order to be partner in a limitada?

What I have understood is that for each foreigner that the company hires we need 2 brazilians hired, can I hire myself and get working visa within my own company?

You don't need an investment visa to invest in an Ltda.

Whether you'll get a work visa to work in your
Ltda remains to be seen. What does the company do?

Hmmm...why not start an e-commerce in a tax-free jurisdiction and be partners there?

But if it's to get into the country, then just ignore my suggestion :)
