at the OP, i think it would be easier if you mentioned what city you were looking for.  honestly i don't think you'll find hospitals but instead individual doctors or perhaps a hospital that has interpreters.  i've helped people find doctors who speak certain languages, maybe if you mention where you are and exactly what you're looking for someone can help, but i don't think there is a list per se.
