Hello everybody!

I need help!
I met an american guy is 3 months ago here in Brazil we are coming out almost every weekend, and dating do not speak anything, just only hang out and enjoyed, as is done in the U.S.? this would be a date? how to know if he wants to date me?

I do not know American culture, I studied English for many years ago, so forgive me if something is spelled wrong.

Just asked here, because I don't know American culture and I don't have friends who know how to start a dating america. And imagined that any American could answer me as it is in culture.

sure, you can ask around and get a variety of answers until you get the one you want but the one that matters is his.

Because men in Brazil are very childish, if a woman asks for a Brazilian if we are dating, they just get scared, they think the woman is desperate or that she is crazy in love. It's totally male chauvinist.
And when that most often the woman just wants to know if a position moves on, or looking for someone who wants to date.
it's just a question, simple (you want to date me? or are dating?), but for a Brazilian man is not a simple question.

Hey Lilian!

I would say that American Culture as far as dating may be a little different than Brazilian.

Americans are a little vague when it comes to dating. I know this first hand with women here. They don't like to commit very often, and it leaves some confusion in the long run. I can see how you would be confused in this situation, but it's pretty normal there not to know what someone is thinking without asking them.

I agree with some of the other posters, and ask him what his feelings are towards you. That will be the only way to really know!
