Probably not, I'm not a psychologist. I do, however, know how to read.

Ok, I read the whole thread. There's some massive generalisation going on. I would say that it all depends on the person, family, needs, etc.. I don't really think Brazilian women are "easier" than any other nationality that I've spent time with. On the contrary to what you guys are saying, I really think male-female interaction (initial hookups) are the same as with any other nationality. Women are women and men are men wherever you go.Cara, 49 is not that many, especially for 20 somethings nowadays. I know guys that had that number when they graduated from High School in the US. There's a lot of variables in there too: what's acceptable for some may not be acceptable for others. Cool

Actually, 49 IS that many. All studies on the subject place someone who has 49 sex partners on the highest end of the promiscuity scale.

It's a good thing neither of you are scientists or doctors...

Bob, of course all people are different. That doesn't mean we cannot search for patterns and tendencies.

How do you people think doctors treat illnesses? Are you unfamiliar with evidence-based practice?

This is probably why you're leaving / left. You can't seem to accept it that aside from a different language, Brazilians are just like everyone else. Things here appear to be "foreign" to you still. It's tough to shake off. But should you decided to come back to Brazil, just do things like a Brazilian. Forget the US. Forget the way things are done in other countries.

Well, when you make some mega bucks in the US, you can invest your money in Brazil. Then Agri2000 can take you to his hangouts so you can hook up with some Brazilian women (or men OR the 3rd-gender), and increase your numbers to 49. Big%20smile

I am in a stable relationship, and even if I weren't, I would never want to be with 49 women.

It's this simple: gringos stereotype Brazilian women as easy. They go to Brazil looking for easy sex. I am challenging that stereotype with some evidence from a study.

That really has nothing to do with me personally.

If you have some REAL statistics from REAL studies and NOT anecdotal evidence, I'd love to see them. Seriously, in every country I have lived, it was the same thing with no difference. People are people. If an American is coming to Brazil for sex, they are crazy. There are much better places LOL. Actually, they don't even have to leave their own country!

That being said, women are women. I know of several very hot single Brazilian girls if anyone is interested. They are middle class, educated, etc.. The problem is that here there are tons of guys that are unemployed, live with their parents, and prefer to play video games instead of moving forward in life. Unfortunate for them, I'm already taken. Big%20smile

I am the only one who has posted ANY evidence that is not anecdotal. Do you even know what that word means, bob?

I never said Brazilians were different than Americans in some profound way. I said they are less promiscuous than people seem to believe.

All I'm doing is challenging the gringo idea that Brazil is the land of easy sex. The fact that people react so harshly to that tells me that gringos hold that stereotype close to their hearts.

It seems you guys think a troll is someone who has opinions that differ from yours and is not afraid to express them.

Speed dating would be an incredible business to run. I would bet substantially that it would be very profitable.
