If you had half a brain you would of realized he used a derogatory term to refer to me first. Thus this gives me full right to slander him and a treat him like the mong faced twonk with an IQ of no more than 10 I suspect he is. Do the crime and you gotta do the time.

There actually is a league. But ICE hockey? You need ice for that, and by ice I don't mean the slush you see in shoppings every now and then. |

Getting back to the actual question at hand, it looks like O'Malley's is airing NHL playoff games:
Unfortunately my team is out, otherwise I'd be there every second night.

Good point. I thought we were talking about the relevance of asking about watching hockey. My point was that they even play am. football, so finding a hockey game on tv seems possible!

Thank you Dave for interrupting the pissing match and helping us ignorant sports fans that insist on watching a lame game ( as in, futsal on ice with sticks?) in a place that happens to be too close to the equator.
See all you fellow losers at O'Malleys. Go Rangers! Now gentlemen, you may restart your pissing. Edited by peter caplan - 17 April 2012 at 23:54 |

Thanks a lot Dave. I'll check it out. I hope my team wins game 6 otherwise we'll be @(@%! as well. Go Rangers!
I do catch the games on NHL.com via GameCenter btw, but I like being around people/friends while watching, rooting... having a laugh or two u know what i mean?...the environment adds a lot to the experience.... BLUE SHIRTS UNITED!! |

The Rangers-Senators game is on ESPN tonight.
If you do go to O'Malley's for a game, let me know what the atmosphere is like. Last time I watched a hockey game there it was during the olympics, and they were only showing the game (semi-final) upstairs in the pool room with the sound off, and I was the only one watching it. Very few hockey fans in São Paulo I gather. I dislike the Rangers less than I dislike Ottawa so Go Rangers!

"Very few hockey fans in São Paulo I gather".
Why am I not surprised? I wonder... =) I didn't have the chance to go to O'malleys tonight, so sorry I can't tell you how the atmosphere was like. =( But guess what? I'm def going to watch game 7 there on friday night. If they decide to take off the audio, I'll bring my iPhone and tune in to a local NY radio station. If you two decide to show up, let me know. Maybe we can bump into each other. Laters. |
