No suitable teachers have been found yet, therefore I will uploads a little more information:

Our teachers teach "In Company" classes mostly to business around Avenida Paulista. Very small classes, mostly one to one, but sometimes up to 3 in a class.

Pay:
R$40 - R$55 (per hour) + Sales commission

We have a great program where if any of our teachers indicate a new student to join our school we will pay them a commission, its that simple!

I don't think that's sooooo crazy. After all, it is the teacher that has to entertain the student so that the student doesn't get bored and then stop caring.

Why Brazilians start and stop something is beyond me. Most of the time, I don't think it's cultural to put a goal into their heads and see it through.

Hahaha! You've been in Brazil TOOOOO long. Teachers are not supposed to entertain students unless the students are 6 years old, Bobby!

In Brazil 40-year-old professionals want you to balance a ball on your nose like a seal to entertain them during an English class. That's not what a teacher is!

I guess that's reflected in the poor state of education in the country. They could learn a thing or two from the discipline of the Koreans and the Chinese.
