I see on the DPF website there is now the provision to check if your CIE is available, as there used to be before,

Can I ask hwat web browser you are using please Ferguson21, I have tried using with inernet explorer and with google chrome on computers with windows 7 and XP and when I enter the security code into the box and click PROSSEGUIR the code box goes blank and a new code appears below to re enter, no other info, anyone else had this problem?

Edit: I had the same problem last night, just checked it again this morning in Chrome and it worked.

I am assuming when its ready it will say something to that effect, I notice the protocolo expires 180 days after I was at the PF, but I was also told to pick it up 180 days after, if it is still not ready in 180 days what do I do?

Great feature !!! Work without any pb on Firefox.
The message regarding my CIE is that it has been sent to DPF. You would rather prefer to know that it as actually been RECEIVED by DPF but that is a first step :)

You go to the PF and ask for extention of the Protocollo, for another 180 days.
