Not that it matters but SHE did indeed.
In fact officially it only went on the corretor site on the 18th but i'm not sure if the buyer was through the corretor or like me had some prior inside info. |

i think the boa viagem area of recife is an ideal place to hang your hat. a great beach, a reef runs paralel with beach, only belize can match that. where else can one see a huge reef runnimng just off the beach? and BV is totally walkable. recife shopping and markets all close by and r2 gym is pretty good. olinda is to far removed, i would not live there. i like recife.

Fair enough hehehe, I'd could probably put up with that if it was my own place although taking the PE-15-CDU, or whatever that soul destroying bus route is called, everyday would be stretching my patience. (fingers crossed scottyh doesn't) I agree with ramon on the point about Olinda being a bit out of the way, but I dislike BV even more. |

I wouldnt live in Boa Viagem if you paid me!!! Funny how people differ... horrible dangerous place... full of rich people, overpriced bars, pervy old gringos, and co allliving next to a poor neighbourhood... a dangerous mix...
the beach is okay but too dirty and full of sharks... Olinda is out of the way from what??? I live in a quiet area away from the polluted city... suits me just fine... funny how people think Olinda is the end of the world!

scottyh pretty much summed up BV for me Ramon. And in some ways summed up Olinda too, if I had my own place there and a car. But most of the places I have to go and things I have to do are in the zona norte. So for now I certainly wouldn't want to rent a place in olinda.

i used to live there back in 2000. i rented in BV. then i moved to to rj. living in front of the beach in BV is ideal. the area. i understand the bad elements there hoeever u can ignore that. olinda is very nice but to far north for me. |
