It's great to be back in the States.

Some of you had mentioned a desire to attend the Book Club which normally meets in Buritis. Alene, the regular hostess is away on vacation so another member, Emily (9377-9573), has graciously offered to host the group over the next few months. Enjoy! Annie Grace

Hi Gringoes,

Will there be any gringoes meeting this Friday? Where do you usually meet? May I suggest: Albanos, Pinguim, cafe Viena, Dalva.

Also, I am looking for some running buddies. Is there any gringo/a that run?

There is actually no usual place where we meet.

Albanos is the only bar in the list where I have not been yet. I am not sure if we can book a table but I guess that if it is possible, it is better.

What time do you usually meet? I will be 2.

Otherwise the bars will be too crowded, so the first once should arrive around 19:00 !

Oh, man!

On this Friday I will attend a Villa Lobos concert at the conservatorium. It starts at 8pm and I believe it will last for a couple of hours. I will get in touch at the end to check if you guys are still at Albanos. If yes, then I will stop by =)

unfortunatly we can´t come either this week, too busy friday and saturday. Maybe next month !? Enjoy the show and everyone who´s comeing to the meeting at ALBANOS have a nice evening too.

Great, then let´s say 7:30. (7:00 is too short for me).

How am I going to recognize you and the other gringoes? Are you in the pic that was posted recently?

I am women, brown hair, 30 year old and I will be with my boyfriend, blond hair, (brazilian but looking more like swiss german).
