Well not sure where you school are but moema is pretty decent but abit pricey, are you renting or buying a property. what sort of price range are you looking at? Have the company that you or your husband will be working for make recommendations. You may also need to be Fiador(grantor) if you plan to rent.

By the way, what is a reasonable price for a 3 or 4 bedroom apartament located in a nice area? Maybe with gym, pool, playground, green areas, etc.
