Am I going to get any problems at customs if I take a xbox 360 in my suitcase?

Should be no problem. I brought my 2 guitars and keyboard, my imac, loads of software and my dog.
I had absolutely no problems.
Pack it well so it doesn't get damaged.
I you were multiple x-boxes they would think you are going to sell them and there would be a problem.
If it is for your own personal use everything is ok.
If it is a gift for someone, you may have to pay taxes.

Please, what was the size of the dog, which airline and how much did the airline charge you?  Thanks!

I took a 9 pound dog to canada and back, it was 200 dollars..

Any airline..

They have the requirements on their websites, a few shots and papers, that's it!

I've carried in a xbox360, with controllers and games, nothing in a box, all packed up with clothes and random junk. No problem at all.

Just make sure there is enough padding around it so that it is shock resistant, baggage handlers can be fairly aggressive.

That is an url for the vet certificate that you need too have filled out by your vet. You also need to contact the Canadian food inspection agency for the to tell you the proper procedure.

I flew with Air Canada, all the info is on their site about flying with animals as baggage. There is a size limit on the kennel, the dog and kennel can be 32 kg combined at the max. Smaller dogs can be carry on, larger dogs can be shipped as cargo for a much steeper price.
Also there is only certain months that they fly animals, when it's not too hot or too cold. I don't remember the exact months
