I know that when I tried it at Bradesco they received a message the next day saying that it hadnt worked and Id have to wait for an RNE (this was while I was still in the process of obtaining permanency). Ill give it a week before I get too excited about something going right for once.

Documents I used - Passport, power bill from my home, letter from my employer with how much i earn, CPF, protocol slip of paper with the SIAPRO number. Oh well, I guess Ill just keep waiting and waiting, not a huge hurry, mainly the bank account.

Can anyone give me an idea of the process in getting your SINCRE printout from the DPF? Its quite obvious to me that the agent at my DPF has no idea, he told my secretary that can only get my SINCRE print out after I wait until my 'Naturalisation process' has been approved and my name has been printed in the DOU which usually takes 12 months. Unfortunately my secretary isnt very clued up on the process either and despite explaining that it was for a Permanent visa process, she took his word and I wasnt on hand to help her out.
